How long does payment take once the deal is done and processed?
Payment for our purchase will take 24-48hours after we take delivery. This is on the provision that all relevant paperwork are provided to us upfront .
Can I sell my car if it is under finance?
Yes you can, all we ask for you to provide is a Payout letter from your financier and we will pay the car out for you, the payout amount will come off the purchase price of the vehicle.
What if I need a valuation for a company car or fleet?
Our buyers are more than happy to come out to price your fleet of cars at your preferred time and location. Another option is we can send you a link to do an online valuation at your own free time. Our buyers will be able to get a price back to you promptly.
Do I need a Roadworthy Certificate?
Our buying service is hassle free, we do no require a Roadworthy certificate on any of our purchases.
Will you purchase my car even if it is damaged?
Yes we can still purchase your car even though it is damaged as long as our buyers are notified and made aware of the issues during inspection.
What do I need to provide?
Compulsory – we cannot purchase your car without these items:
Current Registration Certificate (If Registered) – to show that you own the car. If you do not have a current certificate, please contact your state authority. If your car is not registered, we can come to you.

Provide a letter from your finance company outlining the outstanding settlement figure
If You Are Selling on Behalf of Another Person or Business
Provide a letter signed by a business owner, director or vehicle owner that gives authorisation for you to sell the car on their behalf
