Only for customers returning their logbook service at Westpoint Autos Service locations.

To enter this competition, entrants must: return the survey issued by their vehicle manufacturer.

Entry in this competition is open to Australian residents only (aged 18 years and over). If a winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its related entities and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

Entries are collated from surveys submitted by customers within a quarter (3 month period). 3 x winners will be selected from the previous quarter. The winner will be drawn on the 7th of each month or the next business day. The winner will be notified by email and phone by Westpoint Autos.

The winner must collect the prize from confirmed local Westpoint Autos Service locations, or provide a valid email address. If the winner does not contact the Promoter by the close of business on the 10th of each month the winner is deemed to have forfeited the prize/s and another winner for the competition will be chosen based on the criteria set out in these terms and conditions.

The chosen competition winner will receive the following as the confirmed fuel voucher drawn as their prize. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Once the prize has left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter is no longer responsible for any late or misdirected prizes other than due to the negligence of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is for some reason unavailable.

Further, the Promoter is not liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in this competition.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
